A horrific incident is said to have occurred at Golden gardens near Polokong on the 10th Friday in a local tavern. An eye witness who wishes to remain anonymous told the Reporter that it was just after 22H:00 at night when the shooting occurred, he further said it remains unclear what led to the shooting.

Armed people allegedly shot six individuals before fleeing the scene. The victims were taken to hospital, however one was certified dead and other five remain in a critical condition.

Sbongas tavern is where this horrific incident occurred. A criminal case was lodged and members of the public who might have information of the whereabouts of the suspect/s or know where they might be are urged to contact the Sebokeng Police station (SAPS).
