On 13 January 2022 members from Soweto Crime Intelligence and the Gauteng Traffic Saturation Unit followed up on information about two hijacked vehicles at Lindhaven in Roodepoort.
Upon arrival two vehicles hijacked from Orange Farm and Yeoville were recovered at the suspected premises.

SAPS spokesperson, Colonel Dimakatso Sello, said: “Upon further investigations, two men were found inside the house manufacturing what is believed to be narcotics. They were both arrested for possession of hijacked vehicles and dealing in drugs.”
